Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned chicken (or shredded chicken breast)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (find the recipe here)
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • ¼ green apple diced
  • ½ stalk celery diced
  • Handful chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except apple, celery, walnuts and raisins.
  • Add rest of ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Serve with plantain chips or in a collard wrap.
