Real Food Protein Shake

Servings 2 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 raw pastured egg (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. grass-fed collagen hydrolysate
  • 2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients except collagen and coconut oil until smooth.
  • With the blender on low, slowly add collagen, then coconut oil.
  • Enjoy the shake 30 minutes or fewer after a workout.
