These prosciutto-wrapped pears make an impressive-looking hors d’oeuvre. They’re a fancy but filling snack, and they’re pretty easy to make.
Though I do miss spicy jerky, this variety was actually pretty tasty. The garlic and ginger gave some fake spiciness to the meat, and the rest of the ingredients held their flavor well after 8 hours in the dehydrator.
Ever since I discovered 1) the health benefits of homemade bone broth and B) the cost effectiveness of making it myself, I haven’t looked back.
